Brokerage Service Price List

This price list forms an integral part of the agency’s General Terms and Conditions and applies to all brokerage agreements.

PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE

Commission on property transactions

Our commission is charged only upon successful completion of the sale.
The 2–3% range exists because the exact percentage is agreed individually, depending on the property’s value and the complexity of the transaction — higher-value or simpler sales are subject to a lower rate, while smaller or more demanding cases may have a slightly higher one.
The amount is always agreed in advance with the client and stated in the contract.

PROPERTY RENTALS

Commission on rental transactions

Our commission is charged only upon successful signing of the lease agreement.
The 50% rate means the agency charges half of one month’s rent from each party — the landlord and the tenant — once, at the time the lease is signed.

Additional services price list

Additional services include activities that are not part of the standard brokerage agreement, but may be contracted to simplify and speed up the overall process — from preparing contracts to obtaining documentation and registering utility services.
These services are provided only to clients who have a valid brokerage agreement with the agency.

EARLY TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

Broker’s costs in case of contract termination by the client

These costs are already included in the commission fee and are not charged if the transaction is successfully completed.
They apply only if the client unilaterally terminates the brokerage agreement before completion of the brokerage process (before signing a pre-contract or contract) and only for the services that have been actually performed.
