How We Work?

The process of buying or renting a property with Audere

A clear and transparent journey — from first contact to closing the deal.

1

First contact

It all starts with your interest.
When you see a property listed for sale or rent through us, you can call, send an email, or reach out via the contact form next to every listing on our website.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll get back to you to better understand your needs and agree on the next steps.

2

Identification

Security and trust from the very beginning.
Before we start working together, we’ll need you to provide some basic information and a copy of your ID.
This is a legal requirement under the Law on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, used solely to verify identity and protect both parties.
All personal data is handled in accordance with the Law on personal data protection.

3

Brokerage agreement

The foundation for further cooperation.
Once we confirm your interest, we sign a Brokerage Agreement — a legal framework that allows us to present property listings and represent you throughout the buying or renting process.
The agreement is signed once and applies to all properties we offer during the cooperation period.
It ensures full protection of your rights and complete transparency of terms.

4

Property viewings

On-site, with no surprises.
Once you decide to view a property, our agent schedules the visit at a time that suits you and attends the viewing with you.
Before the visit, you’ll sign a Property viewing confirmation, a document that records that you viewed the property through our agency.
During the viewing, you’ll receive all available information about the property’s condition, documentation, and the terms of sale or rent.

5

Negotiation

Balancing the interests of buyer and seller.
Once you express interest in purchasing or renting a particular property, our agent takes over the negotiation process with the other party.
The agency’s role is to align interests, suggest solutions, and help achieve the best possible terms for both sides — clearly, fairly, and without pressure.

6

Closing the deal

Secure to the very end.
Once an agreement is reached, we assist in preparing the purchase or lease contract, verifying documentation, and coordinating with the notary, lawyer, or bank if needed.
We make sure every stage — from signing the contract to handing over the keys — goes smoothly, lawfully, and without risk or unpleasant surprises.
The brokerage fee is charged only after a successfully concluded preliminary agreement or contract, in accordance with the Brokerage agreement.

After the deal

Our cooperation doesn’t have to end with the contract.
Even after buying or renting a property, we’re still here to help —
with tax registration, utility transfers, or preparing documentation for your next purchase or lease.
We’re also available if you need advice on a new investment or a valuation of another property.
